Big Apple Fall 2022 Registration
Hey Big Apple Family,
It’s that time again! Summer isn’t over yet, but that crisp, fresh fall air is coming which can only mean one thing: B.A.R.S Fall Registration is almost here! We’ve got updates on Weekday and Weekend Kickball, Weekend Dodgeball and Bowling, so read on to find out all the details!
We also want to remind everyone that all players are required to be up-to-date with their COVID-19 vaccinations and booster shots in order to participate in our sports. Visit our BARS COVID-19 page for more information. We want everyone to stay safe and healthy!
Kickball
Don’t walk, run to Kickball because it’s back with another eight glorious weeks out in the fresh air – with two different leagues! Yes, Kickball is back! This season, we will be holding Tuesday and Saturday leagues (there will not be Wednesday or Sunday leagues).

Wednesday & Sunday Leagues Update:
We have requested Wednesday evening permits and Sunday afternoon permits for the Fall season, however, at this time, we do not have a permit secured. We will retain our Wednesday evening permits for Spring and Summer 2023, and Sunday permit for Summer 2023. Veteran status from summer 2022 for Wednesday will carry over to the next respective use of permits for Wednesday (Summer 2022 –> Spring 2023). Sunday Veteran players will receive an update from the Director of Sunday Kickball, Tony Heck, regarding next steps.

Sunday No-Sting Dodgeball
What’s that over there? Is it… more dodgeball already?! Oh yeah! A lot more dodgeball! Save the date(s) – for two different leagues!

We know what you’re thinking: Bowling already? Summer just ended! Well, the seasons wait for no one, and now is not the time to rest on our teammates’ laps! Er, on our laurels.

When: Sundays, Sept 25 - Nov 13 (8 weeks), Two Timeslots, 12:45 pm - 2:45 pm & 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (please note: timeslots are randomly assigned each week)
