Summer 2024 registration is just around the corner! We’re in the final stages of locking down logistics for the upcoming seasons, and there’s a lot to be excited about! Starting with…
PICKLEBALL! After the immense success of our spring trial season, we are officially adding pickleball to the BARS sports roster! You’ll be able to play with us year-round, as it joins bowling, dodgeball, and kickball to our mainstay offerings.
We’ll send out sport-specific emails with full registration information within the next 2 weeks. We wanted to tease our offerings now, however, so you can start planning! Please see below for a general outline of what BARS summer sports look like.
When you’re not actively sipping margs on the beach, we hope you’ll join us on the fields, courts, and lanes!

Whether you’re completely new to the sport or are a national dodgeball champ, there is something for everyone to choose from.
As a reminder, teams for our dodgeball leagues are mixed gender. For teams consisting entirely of Women, Trans, and Non-Binary (WTNB+) players, registrants should sign up for the Wednesday WTNB+ league.

We are adding a whole new league to our summer offerings! With summer weekends being hard for travelers, we’ve added a social kickball league on Thursdays! We’re also hosting a regular open play on Mondays this summer – more info forthcoming in our kickball-specific e-blast next week!
As a reminder, kickball teams for our co-ed leagues are all mixed gender. For teams consisting entirely of Women, Trans, and Non-Binary (WTNB+) players, registrants should sign up for the Saturday WTNB+ league.

Because our Monday session was such a success this spring, that’s the day we’re carrying into the summer! Sunday sessions will return in the fall – with Sunday spring vet status transferring to the fall season – so it’s not gone forever! But for now, come and play with us during the week!
If you’d like to bowl on a team consisting entirely of Women, Trans, and Non-Binary (WTNB+) players, you’ll be able to let us know during the registration process. Otherwise, teams will be mixed gender.

Our summer leagues are a great place for players of all skill levels! You can sign-up with a full team or as an individual (to be placed on a team after registration is complete)!
